On May 17, people all over Australia will stand against discrimination in support of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, and queer friends, colleagues and families.

Please show your support and help celebrate with an afternoon tea in the City Chambers from 3.30pm where we will launch the "You're Welcome Here" social media campaign before moving to the entrance of City Hall for the public flag raising and cutting of the rainbow cake by Mayor Bruce Harwood.

Go rainbow on IDAHOBIT and use the day to publicly stand with the LGBTIQ community.

We cordially invite all LGBTQIA+ community, family, friends and allies to attend and stand with the City of Greater Geelong against all forms of discrimination in our city.
