About Dr Richard Chambers:
Dr Richard Chambers is a clinical psychologist and internationally-recognised expert in mindfulness. He provides mindfulness training to a growing number of businesses, sporting teams and educational institutions. He has written three books, Mindful Learning, Mindful Relationships and Mindful Origami and is leading a university-wide mindfulness initiative at Monash University.
In his private practice, Richard specialise in using mindfulness and other effective evidence-based interventions to treat a range of issues, including stress, anxiety, depression and sleep problems.
Richard was involved in the development of Smiling Mind, a free mindfulness app with over 2 million downloads.
