Measuring Progress

Measuring our progress is a key priority of the Health & Wellbeing Strategic Plan (17-18).

Within the collective impact framework, one of the five conditions for collective impact is to develop a shared measurement system.  This approach supports multiple organisations to use a common set of measures to evaluate performance and track our progress towards goals.

Shared measurement provides a collaborative progress for all participating organisations to learn, support each other’s efforts and improve over time.

During the course of this HWB Strategic Plan, we will be developing a monitoring and evaluation framework to monitor our progress, share our findings and learn from each other.
