City of Greater Geelong develop Healthy at Home Toolkit

Your home is a place where you can create a healthy lifestyle as you learn, work, play and love. The City of Greater Geelong has developed a toolkit that focuses on mental health and wellbeing, positive and respectful relationships, food and nutrition, and physical activity to help you and your family stay healthy at home.

Getting plenty of sleep helps us cope with challenges and get along with the people around us. Good sleep hygiene, relaxation and mindfulness activities, and phone restriction (at least one hour before bed) supports earlier sleep times and longer bedtimes for children and teenagers.
